Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 6 oz. Rauchbier Beer (Smoked Beer)
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. and 1 tsp. Whole Grain Mustard
  • ½ tsp. Roasted Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Hopped Up Seasoning Rauchbier

Directions

Step 1

  • Mix all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat, stirring often.

Step 2

  • Once cheeses are melted, continue heating until it starts to bubble, turn heat to low and stir until desired thickness.

Step 3

  • Remove from heat and serve with pretzels, bread, vegetables, pasta or meat.
