Prep: Preheat oven to 400° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make Dough: In a food processor, blend the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, lavender, and lemon zest. Add cold butter and pulse until pea-sized pieces form. While pulsing, slowly add half and half and lemon oil.
Shape & Bake: Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, roll into a 3/4 inch disc, cut into 8 wedges, and transfer to the baking sheet. Brush tops with half and half, sprinkle with lemon or lavender sugar, and bake for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned. Enjoy!
