This Bloody Mary is a flavor explosion with a smoky kick. The bacon salt rimmed glass adds a salty, smoky crunch to every sip, while the rich tomato juice and a hint of spice create a perfectly balanced cocktail. Top it off with a crispy bacon strip, a celery stalk, and a pickled green bean for a truly unforgettable experience.

Ingredients

Bacon Salt
1 Lemon Wedge
1 Lime Wedge
2 oz. Vodka
4 oz. Tomato Juice
2 tsp. Prepared Horseradish
2 Dashes Tabasco Sauce
2 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
1 Pinch Ground Black Pepper
1 Pinch Berbere Seasoning
1 Pinch Celery Salt

Directions

Pour Bacon Salt on a plate and rub a lime or lemon wedge along the rim of a pint glass.
Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
Squeeze the lemon and lime wedges into a shaker and drop wedges in shaker.
Add the vodka, tomato juice, horseradish, Tabasco, Worcestershire, black pepper, berbere, and a pinch of celery salt along with the ice and shake gently.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with green olives, a lime wedge, celery stalk, bacon, or whatever you’d like! Cheers!
