Prepare a bowl for the cheesecake dip, or use a premade graham cracker crust if you prefer to make a traditional cheesecake.
Stir cream cheese, powdered sugar and cocoa powder until soft and well mixed.
Slowly stir in the coffee and extract. Once incorporated, fold in the sour cream and mix until combined.

If making the dip, chill in the bowl for 2 hours. If making a pie, pour into the crust before chilling.
