Our Thai Green Curry captures the rich flavor of traditional green curry, blending aromatic herbs and spices like lime leaves, lemongrass, and galangal with spicy green chiles. It has a rich, complex flavor and a mild to moderate heat level. Thai Green Curry can be cooked with chicken, beef, pork, fish, or duck, or with vegetarian options like tofu or vegetables, and is typically served with rice or flatbread.
To make a paste, simply mix 1 Tbsp curry powder with 1 Tbsp each of water and oil. For a traditional Thai paste, use fish sauce and a squirt of lime instead of water.
