Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line Baking Sheets with parchment paper.
Using a Mixer, beat butter and vegetable oil.
Add Sugar, Powdered Sugar, Egg and Vanilla Bean Paste.
Stir in Flour, Baking Soda, Salt and Evermore Chai Seasoning. Mix well.
Let dough chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Using a 1.5 oz. cookie scoop, scoop dough and roll each scoop in the Chai Sugar, then place on baking sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 Minutes, let cool on baking sheet.
For the Icing -
Whisk together the icing ingredients. Dollop 1 tsp. icing over each cookie, sprinkle some of the leftover chai sugar from rolling the cookies on top of the icing.
