Add 1.5 oz (1/3 Cup) of Enchilada Sauce Mix to 2 Tbsp of olive oil. Mix over low heat until spices start to toast slightly. Add 2 Cups of Beef, Chicken or Vegetable broth and simmer until desired thickness.
