Ingredients

2 lb. ground Bison

¼ cup breadcrumbs

½ cup beef broth

1 egg, beaten

¼ cup OTSS chopped onion

1 Tbsp. OTSS roasted garlic flakes

¼ cup grated parmesan

1 Tbsp. tomato paste

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 ½ tsp Sweetgrass Prairie or Ground Devil’s Backbone

1 tsp. kosher flake salt

Then for the glaze:

½ cup C.B. Hill Cornerstone BBQ Sauce

Directions

Step 1

Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Mix: Combine ground bison and all meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Coat Pan: Brush 2 Tbsp. BBQ sauce onto the bottom and sides of a 9x5 loaf pan.

Step 4

Shape & Sauce: Press the meat mixture into the pan. Brush the remaining BBQ sauce over the top.

Step 5

Bake: Cook for 40 minutes (or until the internal temp hits 165°F).

Step 6

Rest: Let the meatloaf cool in the pan for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
