This Caramelized Onion and Roasted Garlic Quick Bread is a classic one-bowl bake that transforms simple pantry staples into a dense, golden loaf. 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 Tbsp. Caramelized Onion Roasted Garlic Dip Mix
3/4 cup butter softened
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. Sweet Onion Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. of Rosemary Garlic Olive Oil Dip
Preheat Oven to 350°.
Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Add butter (1 Tbsp. at a time) to the flour. Use a fork or pastry blade to work it in until the mixture reaches a sandy texture.
In a separate bowl, stir sour cream and Caramelized Onion Roasted Garlic Dip Mix and Rosemary Garlic Olive Oil Dip Mix together; fold this into the flour mixture until just combined.
Spoon into greased loaf pan.
Brush top with milk and bake. Halfway through (at 17 mins), sprinkle onion sugar on top.
Remove when golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
