Best Spices for Your Turkey
What’s the secret to moist and succulent turkey? Salt, of course! Brining your turkey adds flavor-enhancing salt and much-needed moisture. We have a Savory Turkey Brine and a Sweet Turkey Seasoning, depending on what kind of flavor you want to add!
To use our turkey brine, combine the package of brine with a cup of sea salt and a gallon of vegetable broth in a large stock pot. Bring it to a boil until all the salt is dissolved. After the broth is cooled to room temperature, combine it in a 5-gallon bucket with a gallon of ice water. Soak the turkey in the brine for an hour per pound of turkey. Then remove the turkey, cook it how you like, and enjoy!
