Ceylon Cinnamon, or Cinnamomum Verum, is also known as 'true cinnamon'. Compared to the more common Cassia Cinnamon, Ceylon Cinnamon is less spicy and more complex, subtle, fragrant and citrusy.
These sticks are generally 2.5" - 3" in length.
