Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 lbs. Onions, peeled and cut in half
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
  • 2 tsp. Chicken Better than Bouillon
  • 3-4 quarts water, whatever it takes to cover tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. kosher salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Relajo Seasoning

Directions

Step 1

  • Add tomatoes, onions, garlic, and bouillon to a stock pot, then cover with water and add the 2 Tbs. salt, and cover the pot.

Step 2

  • Over medium high heat, bring up to a boil, then drop the heat low enough to simmer, and let it simmer away for 20 minutes.

Step 3

  • Once the onions have softened, turn off the heat and use a blender to puree the mixture smooth.

Step 4

  • Once blended smooth, add in the Relajo seasoning and heat over low heat. It’s now all set for a myriad of uses!
