New Mexico Chiles are commonly used in red Mexican or Southwestern sauces and are grown in Mexico. This Chili has a thin flesh with an earthy flavor and undertones of wild cherries. Rinse product first with warm water then soak in hot water for 10 minutes to rehydrate or add directly to recipe that will cook at least 10 minutes. To release more flavor, roast in a 250 degree oven for 3-4 minutes.
