      Tikka Masala-Tikka Masala is a spin off of "authentic" Indian cuisine. Tikka Masala can be found at almost any Indian restaurant and widely throughout Great Britain. Apply directly to chicken or mix with oil and yogurt for a creamier version of this delightful dish. 

      Ingredients: Kashmiri Chili, Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Black Pepper

      Madras Curry Use Madras Curry Powder to season dal, a lentil soup popular all over South Asia. Curry can also be added to cooking vegetables and is great when combined with tomatoes, saffron and cream. Blend Curry with some melted butter and brush on fish before grilling or broiling. Curry is also good on roasted potatoes.

      Ingredients: Black Peppercorn, Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Cardamom,

      Kashmiri Chili- Known for its vibrant color, Kashmiri Chili adds a nice hue to any dish, with a mild heat and delightful flavor. Great in Indian cuisine.  Heat level 2-3

      Tandoori -This spice is used as a rub for meats prior to cooking (traditionally in the Tandoori ovens).  Used primarily in Indian cuisines. Combine with yogurt to form a tandoori paste for marinating.

      Biryani - Biryani is a rice-based meal made with spices. The turmeric in this spice blend helped to nickname Biryani as "yellow rice." The meal originated in Iran and was brought to South Asia by travelers, where is it now very popular. Use this spice blend to make biryani rice, then top with any meat, fish, eggs, or vegetables. Biryani chicken is also an excellent dish.
