Madras Curry - Use Madras Curry Powder to season dal, a lentil soup popular all over South Asia. Curry can also be added to cooking vegetables and is great when combined with tomatoes, saffron and cream. Blend Curry with some melted butter and brush on fish before grilling or broiling. Curry is also good on roasted potatoes.

Biryani - Biryani is a rice-based meal made with spices. The turmeric in this spice blend helped to nickname Biryani as "yellow rice." The meal originated in Iran and was brought to South Asia by travelers, where is it now very popular. Use this spice blend to make biryani rice, then top with any meat, fish, eggs, or vegetables. Biryani chicken is also an excellent dish.

Thai Red Curry - A delightful red curry for that authentic Thai taste! Add 1 Tbsp curry powder to 1 Tbsp each oil and water to make a paste. Pairs well with coconut milk and goes great with beef, chicken, pork, shrimp, or tofu.

Thai Green Curry - Our Thai Green Curry captures the rich flavor of traditional green curry, blending aromatic herbs and spices like lime leaves, lemongrass, and galangal with spicy green chiles. It has a rich, complex flavor and a mild to moderate heat level. Thai Green Curry can be cooked with chicken, beef, pork, fish, or duck, or with vegetarian options like tofu or vegetables, and is typically served with rice or flatbread. To make a paste, simply mix 1 Tbsp curry powder with 1 Tbsp each of water and oil. For a traditional Thai paste, use fish sauce and a squirt of lime instead of water.

Vindaloo - Originally from Portugal, this very hot curry is widely popular in the Indian state of Goa. Add vinegar, oil, onions, garlic and fresh ginger to make an excellent marinade for meat or fish.
