Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we do. All orders over $35 in value will get free shipping within the USA.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order by choosing the Pick Up option at checkout. This option is of course free.
How fast do items ship?
We attempt to ship everything within 3-5 days of payment. We ship USPS First Class and Priority mail, generally shipping within the USA your order will get to you in an additional 3-5 business days.
International orders can range from 2 weeks to 8 weeks. If you are not in the USA and are needing your order quickly please take these times into consideration.
Please note that we ship to the address given to us on checkout. If this address is not correct please let us know ASAP so we make sure your product is not delayed or lost. We can not be liable for packages shipped to the wrong address if it is the address given to us.
What if your package was lost in transit?
If your package is lost in transit and is never scanned as delivered, please let us know so we can help in filing a lost package complaint with USPS. In case of a package being marked as delivered and you are unable to find the package please contact your local post office to find out where the package was left.
In case of damage in transit - Please know that we do our best to pack your product in a way that it will not be damaged. If you receive your items and all or part of the product is damaged please contact with what broke and a picture of the product so we can make it right.
In the case of a lost package - If when you track your package and it shows as delivered and you have not received your order, please do the following: 1. Check the address to ensure the correct address was put on the product. If this is wrong contact us to resolve the matter. 2. Contact your local post office as sometimes the local carrier will have put it somewhere for you. 3. If the package was never delivered and does not show delivered please contact us to file a lost package complaint with USPS.
In case of a package being marked as delivered and you are unable to find the package please contact your local post office to find out where the package was left.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we do offer wholesale purchases. We offer: bulk spices, custom blending, white label/co-packing, restaurant services and wholesale to other retail sellers.
If you use spices in the making of other products or are interested in purchase large quantities with the intent to resell our product please contact us for minimum requirements. Please note that we can and do provide businesses with 1 lb - 2000 lbs of product at a time.
Along with bulk product we also service numerous restaurants with custom spice blends and all there spice needs.
If you have a spice business that you are looking for a co-packer or white label services we also provide that.
Lastly, if you have a tea shop, olive oil store, bakery, coffee shop or the like we are happy to provide our products at a wholesale price for you to be able to resell.

Do you take Returns?
Due to the nature of the food business we don't take returns or exchanges on food products. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. So if you are unhappy please reach out to us.
