Our Black Lime is grown on a family farm in Guatemala, where ripe limes are dried in the sun until they oxidize, turning black and savory. We then mix it with a bit of sugar to add sweetness and then salt to make a delicious seasoning! Perfect for fish and seafood, or adding a tangy, citrusy bite to your grilled veggies. Also makes the most amazing glass rimmer for your beer and cocktails.
