Thai Red Curry - A delightful red curry for that authentic Thai taste! Add 1 Tbsp curry powder to 1 Tbsp each oil and water to make a paste. Pairs well with coconut milk and goes great with beef, chicken, pork, shrimp, or tofu.
Ingredients: Salt, Chili Powder, Paprika, Coriander, Garlic, Cumin, Galangal, Kaffir Lime, Cilantro
Thai Green Curry - Our Thai Green Curry captures the rich flavor of traditional green curry, blending aromatic herbs and spices like lime leaves, lemongrass, and galangal with spicy green chiles. It has a rich, complex flavor and a mild to moderate heat level. Thai Green Curry can be cooked with chicken, beef, pork, fish, or duck, or with vegetarian options like tofu or vegetables, and is typically served with rice or flatbread.
To make a paste, simply mix 1 Tbsp curry powder with 1 Tbsp each of water and oil. For a traditional Thai paste, use fish sauce and a squirt of lime instead of water.
Ingredients: Lemongrass, Salt, Coriander, Galangal, Garlic, Cumin, Jalapeno, Cilantro, Kaffir Lime
Tamarind Powder- Tamarind Powder is used as a condiment and souring agent. Tamarind is extremely tart: its bouquet is slightly fruity, and it lends a more authentic taste to Indian lentil and curry dishes.
Thai Ginger Salt - Combine the clean simple flavor of sea salt with fresh, juicy ginger. The ginger flavor of this fusion variety cannot be matched by powdered or synthetic flavorings. Use on grilled veggies, Asian noodles or fish. Great for chocolatiers and pastry chefs alike.
Ingredients: Sea Salt, Ginger
Thai Red Chile Powder - Thai chiles are closely related to piri piri and birdseye chiles. Most popular in eastern Asian cuisines, these chiles are full of heat and authentic flavor. Our Thai Red Chile Powder imparts wonderful flavor and strong, lingering heat.
Heat level: 7-8.
